Return Policy:


If you are not satisfied with any delivered product , you may return the product if it is in new condition within 15 days of receipt. Call 1-877-848-7433 and we will issue an RA number. The Return Authorization number must be on the outside of the box. Item to be returned must be in
new condition, with original packaging, instructions, and warranty material.
Include the original packing slip with a brief note on the reason for the return.


Cancellation Policy:

If unit has already left our warehouse, there will be a charge of $120
There are no returns past 15 days and the manufacture's warranty is in effect when you receive the product.

 

Shipping Policy:

We offer Free shipping on Scooters, Powerchairs and most of the orders valued of $250 or more delivered anywhere in States. Scooters can be delivered to Hawaii, Alaska, and internationally with additional charges for freight. Orders will be drop shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. You will be notified by the trucking company 24 hours in advance of delivery. Delivery time will depend on your location. Our Estimated time of delivery per our policy is 5 to 10 business days.It will be delivered by truck line or UPS depending on the nature of the order and size.
You would be notified if there is any delay with delivery or backorder.
